  • Accurately read blueprints, project plans, and specifications; determine material needs, estimate costs, and prioritize tasks to minimize production delays.

  • Comfortably negotiate multistory heights and able to lift more than 75 pounds.

Project Manager

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementation

  • Allocate resources for assigned projects

  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors

  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients

  • Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs

  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction management or other related fields

  • Familiarity with construction management software

  • Strong leadership qualities

Project Coordinator

Job Requirements:
*Research and organize current repair and modernization jobs; create a schedule, budgets, and timeline
*Coordinate all administrative aspects of the project from start-up to completion.
*Monitor project schedules and take action to ensure that project is completed on schedule and within budget.
*Prepare/Process RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, AIA'S, purchase orders, material orders, and Project Closeouts
*Create and maintain all job documentation (electric and hard files); monitor and track requirements.
*Interface with subcontractors, construction managers, and, client personnel on project issues.
*Coordinate with team members, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers regarding project materials.
*Ensure active job sites are in full compliance with federal, local, and government agency requirements.
*Ensure timely and accurate completion of all compliance required records (I.e., certified payroll).
*Complete bid proposals, RFP's and estimates.
*Handle multiple priorities, duties, jobs/projects, and responsibilities.

Site Superintendent

Job Summary

The Construction Superintendent coordinates all site construction activities and supervises all field personnel as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget. This includes maintaining the highest quality, supervising all trade and field personnel, while administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities. Maintains the job site office and closes out projects.

Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and supervises all construction activities.

  • Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget,

    with quality workmanship that conforms to plans and specifications.

  • Maintains construction schedule, identifies problems in advance, and recommends solutions.

  • Coordinates material deliveries and schedules inspections as necessary throughout the progress

  • of the project.

  • Thoroughly understands the project plans and specifications.

  • Maintains positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and other employees.

  • Prepares, Schedules, Daily Reports, Job Hazard Analysis Reports and supervises the completion of a final Punch List.

  • Promotes job site safety encourages safe work practices and rectifies job site hazards immediately.

  • Ensures all company employees and contractors are adhering to the company safety policy.

  • Maintains an organized job site, including the construction office.

  • Conducts weekly meetings with all subcontractors.

Project Administration

We are seeking a Construction Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents

  • Plan and schedule appointments and events

  • Greet and assist onsite guests

  • Answer inbound telephone calls

  • Develop and implement organized filing systems

  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • ​Strong organizational skills

Tradesman

This is skilled manual work at the journeyman level in several of the skilled trades.
You will need to be experienced and skilled in construction or maintenance. Duties involve performing the actual work, and in some cases, supervising unskilled or semi-skilled workers in the tasks. Work is performed under general supervision.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Repairs and maintains building interiors and exteriors.

Builds wooden structures; does sheeting and rough carpentry.

Paints interiors and exteriors of buildings with a brush, roller, or spray gun.

Performs general groundskeeping duties.

Performs related work as required.

Lays out, fabricates, and installs sheet metal.

 

Welds and performs related construction tasks.


Ability to work effectively with fellow employees.
